What We've Done

Millennium International Consultants has worked on a broad array of consulting engagements. We have:

  • Assisted a major international NGO (non-governmental organization) in re-securing a major children’s orthopedic hospital it owned and operated in a developing area of the Middle East. The hospital had been seized by the local governmental authority.
  • Developed and implemented a program for an international NGO which created ongoing and systematic relationships between the NGO and the U.S. embassies and consulates in the overseas locations in which the NGO operated. These relationships permit the NGO to readily obtain U.S. Government assistance in consular, commercial and security matters, and thus operate its far-flung humanitarian services network more effectively.
  • Assisted a major U.S. international consulting group in working with one of Asia’s largest international air carriers to develop a plan to streamline airline operations, restructure maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) activities and develop a more efficient air cargo business operation.
  • Assisted a London-based venture capital/investment group with due diligence, operational and marketing solutions for U.S. and international marketing/distribution of electronic monitoring devices.
  • Assisted a Swiss holding company in establishing U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries of one of its business units -- an Italian manufacturing firm.
  • Helped a European producer of environmentally friendly power generating facilities in navigating and addressing regulatory, government and marketing issues in the U.S. and abroad.
  • Assisted a major agricultural producer of commercial seeds and seedlings in concluding a joint venture with Chinese parties.
